At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow, Solid knowledge & hands-on experience in ServiceNow (Platform & Product line implementation)
At least 5 years of experience in CMDB data modeling & design, auto-discovery
Practical experience with Power BI or other data reporting tools
- Implementation of complex CMDB database
Agile development methodologies
- Practical knowledge of ITIL processes
ITIL V3 foundation certification
Practical experience with ServiceNow and Azure, preferred
- Certification in one or more relevant database development technologies
- Six Sigma
