IT Client Service Manager
Skills and qualifications:

Basic Bachelor of IT/Engineering degree from recognized university with at least 5 -10 years of relevant working experience in Project Management, fully competent especially in managing IS/IT Infra Stakeholders.
- Good knowledge in network architecture (WAN, LAN, WLAN, Proxy, Firewall), as well as in VoIP solutions
- Knowledge in low power structured cabling, fiber and copper
- Knowledge in Network and Cybersecurity topics
- Good understanding of ITIL processes and project management
- Able to coordinate a team of people in multicultural environment, including IT supplier or Nokia security and network specialists, as well as technicians from business areas, to ensure all elements of the service are efficiently understood
- Management in dealing with outsourced IT Service environment, in multicultural environment.
- Demonstrated capability to deal with Senior business management in regard IT Project Steering board and requirements management.
- Demonstrates initiative & contributes to IT technical or process problem solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
