IT Change Manager
> 5 Years of hands on experience in Change Management Methodologies and Tools
Able to act in our multidisciplinary and multicultural environment
Highly independent and self-directed individual capable of working with minimal supervision.
Good understanding of complex IT environments and factual and theoretical knowledge to identify and retrieve information as IT generalist
Align with IT specialists
Experience in ITIL process management
Able to coordinate people and stakeholder in a multidisciplinary and multi-cultural environment, including external IT providers, Nokia IT technical teams, as well as technicians from business areas
Strong communication skills both written and verbal, excellent report writing and organizational skills.
Excellent influencing skills
Ability to think strategically in terms of culture and behavior, business processes and technology and tools
Good appreciation of customer needs at both operational and strategic levels
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field from recognized university
At least 5 years of experience in leading Change Management in complex technology environments
ITIL V3 foundation /intermediate certification
- ITIL V3 expert certification
- Six Sigma
Various IT tool usage knowledge (prefer ServiceNOW)
