IT Business Partner for HR applications
Requirements:
-Extensive experience designing and managing projects and services
-Strong understanding of Sw lifecycle management
-Knowledge of SAP, Success4u, Cornerstone, PowerBI; Analytics, Chatbots Oracle required
-Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills; experience with Oracle, AWS, DevOps, SAFe, Salesforce CRM
- Proven experience leading teams and people
-Strong understanding of IT
-Demonstrated experience solving complex situation and processes and effectively integrating and synthesizing the topic
-Proven self-starter with high standards of excellence and an innovative mind
-Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
-Demonstrated ability to synthesize information to develop recommendations, and ability to persuade / influence organization pursuit of recommended path
-Ability to manage multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines
-Excels at interacting with a diverse group of people, all levels of management, including senior leadership
-Change management and project management experience
