IT Business Excellence Manager

Qualifications & Skills:

-         Master’s degree or similar in Business Information Systems, Applied Informatics, Computer Science, IT

-         MBA

-         5+ years’ experience of strategic IT consulting or similar experience

-         Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams

-         Proven track record of shaping and delivering Exec Level communications

-         Impeccable interpersonal skills

-         Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management

-         Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments and domains

-         Effective, versatile and pragmatic action-orientated

-         Excellent written and verbal communication and influencing skills

-         Ability to handle and prioritize multiple and/or conflicting demands in a pragmatic fashion

-         Ability to work as part of different virtual teams

Preferred Qualifications:

-         Experience with budget management

-         Experience with data analysis

-         Proven success in a project coordination role

-         Nimble mind with a focus on developing creative and fresh solutions

-         Strong project reporting skills with a focus on interdepartmental communication
