Skills
•             Excellent knowledge of IP environments and main protocols used in IP networks context (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, RSVP, VPN, Multicast, L2/L2, QoS, switching L2 technologies)
•             Master degree in telecommunication, information technology or engineering
•             Minimum 10 years of related experience in support and troubleshooting of IP/MPLS networks
•             Minimum 5 years experience with a Tier 1 Telecom Provider
•             Proven knowledge on Nokia IP product suite (eg 7750 SR, 7950XRS, 5620SAM, NSP)
•             Strong problem-solving skills and customer oriented
•             Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in Italian and in English
•             Ability to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
•             Strong ability to influence to get the right outcomes, being proactive and result-oriented
•             Team player & leader with strong negotiation skills and the ability to work independently
•             Stress tolerant
•             Works well in challenged environments
 
Certifications
•             Nokia NRSI, NRSII, MRP, 3RP and SRA certifications (minimum NRSII)
•             CCNA, CCNP, CCIE certifications (minimum CCNP)
