She/he has the capability to interact as a peer with sales teams, with other RBC Pre-sales and Delivery teams, to clearly articulate the customer needs and the price targets that need to be achieved and to get experts efficiently engaged in the opportunity development process, whenever needed.
- Deep understanding of the telecommunication market, both from an operator as from a competitive vendor perspective
- Expert knowledge in the IP domain, preferably supported by several certifications (e.g. CCIE, CCIP, CCNA,…)
- Embraces a culture of openness, team work, positive energy, ownership and consistently delivering results
- Ability to work effectively across cultures, languages, time-zones, in a remote management set-up (distributed organization)
- Ability to accommodate the travel requirements of the position
- Minimum of seven years of experience in telecommunications industry, mainly in an IP specific pre-sales environment
- Master degree in a technical and/or business stream
- Excellent written and oral communication /presentation skills in English and another (local) language
- Strong facilitation and moderation skills
- Demonstrates capacity and eagerness to learn
