Responsibilities
• Prepare & deeply understand the new MNP features, define the related Test plan (applicable to Lab and Live) in an
End To End customer environment. Put in place the E2E environment in Nokia Lab, then Customer's Lab for test plan
preparation & execution, possibly with the presence of customer's experts.
• Upgrade Network Elements (OAM, RAN) and monitor stability & performance.
• Detect & track product issues: Ticket opening and issue resolution follow up, troubleshooting and trace collection.
• Introduce & activate features in Customer's live network, report activity progress internally and to the Customer
