Required Qualifications (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge:
- BSEE, MSEE preferred. Familiarity with high speed printed circuit board development.
- Strong analog and digital circuit debugging skills. Prior experience designing and debugging optical transmissions and data-routing equipment is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced R&D environment, and interact with systems engineers, ASIC/FPGA developers, and software developers.
- Motivated to work on state-of-the-art electronic systems.

- Have excellent language, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment.
- Ability to work on own initiative with a flexible, positive, and creative attitude.
