Hub Specialist , Distribution Network Operations 
 
Is responsible for the planning & daily operations of our global distribution hubs. Working with our  LSP’s Partners and internal stakeholders to ensure customer orders are prioritized and delivered on-time to the Market Operations teams.
Manage Hub operational reporting and Hub KPI’s, control and report them to support hub management and best practice sharing across the hub network.
Is responsible that daily capacity and flexibility is available in the hub operations.
First level escalation point for PAM, MEX and OMC in the prioritization process.
 
Detailed Tasks Include
  • Is responsible that daily capacity and flexibility is available in the hub
  • Contributes to minimize Pack & Hold inventory.
  • Follow up and analyses SAP R/3 data related to inbound, in-house & outbound activities.
  • Reviews systematically blocked materials with BG’s.
  • Coordinates daily activities between Hub LSP and Nokia stakeholders.
  • First level escalation point for PAM, MEX and OMC in the prioritization process
  • Coordinates allocation situations.
  • Responsible for verifying the LSP monthly order line invoicing.
  • Responsible for approving or rejecting returns based on MEX/HWS decisions.
  • Acts as SAP Key User.
  • Responsible for HUB Factory Calendar Maintenance.
     
    Skills and experience needed
    The successful candidate should be degree educated with at least 2 year  of experience in logistics / supply chain management with a track record  of  process management & data and analytics.
  • Understanding of Nokia supply chain policies, E2E processes and tools
  • Understanding of own Process area
  • Understanding of LSPs and logistics partners
  • Good networking and influencing skills
  • Competencies in warehouse & hub management
