HR Operations Expert (Fixed term)
Main Responsibility Area
Deals with regular data maintenance in SAP and in other global HR tools based on incoming approved requests in ticketing tool in a timely manner Incoming requests types could be any kind of employment lifecycle related changes, such as hiring, organization management or compensation related changes etc.
Data analysis, monitoring and ensuring the quality of data maintained in SAP HR tool, creating documentation and knowledge management. Contributes to a specific global HR tool process or product development project or product evaluation or improvement of own field of expertise. Projects could include harmonization of processes and systems to achieve the new Nokia HR Mode of Operations.
Requirements
1-3 years of professional experience
Minimum BSc degree
SAP knowledge is an advantage
Confident in MS office, especially in Excel
Fluent in English
Likes to work with data and tools
