HR Operations Analyst
Key user activities

Own related concept areas/processes/tools in the field of Data Quality and automation

Drives Data Quality through the entire team and involving external stakeholders, including DQ improvement, monitoring, correction, training related activities

Drives automation related activities to support the mass handling of upcoming requests

Provides mentoring to the team

Participates concept/process/tools related projects, discussion
-
Updates country descriptions and any other process related documentation for own concept area
-
Provides continuous update to DP team about updates in own area
-
Build good relationships with other stakeholders (e.g. GHRS, OS, Payroll, CoE, project, TSS etc.)

Setup regular calls with management, key team members to follow up own concept topic

Regularly do internal quality check for DP team related activities, draw lessons learnt and sharing with team

Take part in efficiency improvement/automation project in own area of expertise

Uses advanced analytical skills to solve complex problems or problems that do not have routine solutions and takes a new perspective

Acts as a professional advisor and mentor for team members

Supporting implementation and development of global end-to-end processes and information services where HR data is needed.

Contributing to a specific HR tool, process or product development project or product evaluation or improvement of own field of expertise.

Provide support in conducting researches on assigned HR projects.

Provide project support: Data analyses, monitoring and ensuring data quality, creating documentation and knowledge management.

Organizing delivery of training and development for HR community or for managers

Deals with regular data maintenance in SAP HR tools based on incoming approved requests in ticketing tool in a timely manner

Incoming requests types could be any kind of employment lifecycle related changes, such as hiring, organization management or compensation related changes etc.

Data analysis, monitoring and ensuring the quality of data maintained in SAP HR tool, creating documentation and knowledge management.

Contributes to a specific global HR tool process or product development project or product evaluation or improvement of own field of expertise.

Projects could include harmonization of processes and systems to achieve the new Nokia HR Mode of Operations.

5 years of professional experience
-
Minimum BSc degree

Able to delegate

Able to lead smaller team for low to mid complex activities

Confident SAP HR knowledge is a must
-
Confident in MS office, especially in Excel – macro knowledge is an advantage

Likes to work with data and tools
