HR Operation Expert - French speaking
Excellent written and oral communication in English and French and comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development or global culture (history, letters, …)
Proven Track record of 5 - 6 years of experience in HR environment and if possible, in HR operations
General knowledge of employment laws and practices
Strong interpersonal and coaching skills
Enthusiastic team player with a high level of motivation, self-organization and a result- and quality-oriented approach to work
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping
