Head of Vodafone Group Enterprise Sales
Senior sales professional responsible for developing and building the Enterprise business with Vodafone Group Enterprise (VGE). The role, Vodafone Service Provider as a Partner (SPaaP) Account Manager will be responsible to develop the pipeline of opportunities, introduce and qualify Nokia’s Enterprise solutions, build strong relationships to CxO level and grow sales through Vodafone and VGE in their Global Enterprise market (TXLE and TEPS, Transportation, Energy, Public Sector opportunities)
In this role, the Vodafone SPaaP AM will be responsible for all VGE customer engagements, the account strategy, account plan and sales execution with the support of Global Enterprise teams and the Vodafone Customer Business Teams. The role will report to Vodafone Global Team Head, dotted line to Global Enterprise Partner Sales community.
Main Responsibilities

Primary interface to the Vodafone Group Enterprise technology teams and Group Enterprise Sales teams

Responsible for developing the B2B market and Enterprise opportunities (resell and services) to Vodafone / VGE group.

Responsible for introducing and qualifying Nokia’s Enterprise solutions

Single point of contact internally for the Vodafone GCBT and Global Enterprise organization on all Vodafone Enterprise activities

Align with Global Enterprise direct touch Account Managers and CT Heads to qualify new opportunities

Work in close collaboration with the Nokia team that supports Vodafone / VGE in the countries to develop the local strategy and action plan

Define jointly with the VGE the business pipeline of concrete opportunities to address together

Support commercial negotiations

Assist Vodafone as partner, in closing opportunities, coordinating engagement of broader Nokia resources in the support of qualified opportunities when necessary

Support Vodafone as partner, for order processing and delivery with the concerned Nokia organization
Skills

Professional competences: sales and relationship management, consultative selling, negotiation, strong communicator, strategic thinking and real time problem solving

Good knowledge of Vodafone and VGE. Existing relationships preferred

Good knowledge of Nokia solutions

Ability to disrupt and to innovate to keep ahead of both technological, and market evolutions

Ability to differentiate and position Nokia ahead of competitors

In depth knowledge of the Global Enterprise market and with a clear understanding of the business issues and how to counteract

Adaptability, ability to understand and interact with different organizations (sales, pre-sales, segments, product, marketing, CTO) cultures and countries
