- Bachelor´s degree or equivalent experience required
- At least 10 years of experience in leadership positions in R&D. You are passionate about cloud-native software development
- Charging, billing and policy control domain knowhow
- Strategic understanding of the emerging omni-channel customer engagement
- Strong Leadership, professional attitude – and leading by example
- Experience from multi-site environment
- Experience from Lean and Agile development. SAFe experience is considered an asset.
- Demonstrated strong relationships within Nokia and in the industry
- Strategic thinking
- Innovation and creativity
- Ability to discuss detailed technical issues with customers and management
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal capabilities
- High work ethic, self-motivated and a strong desire to succeed as a team
