Global Enterprise is the sales organization in Nokia’s Customer Operations organization accountable for global sales in the Transportation, Energy, Public Sector and Technical Extra Large Enterprise including Webscale (TXLE or XLE) market segments. These are the “non-telco” segments where Nokia expects to expand sales and grow in line with the new strategy announced by Nokia CEO.

 

Service Portfolio Sales (SPS) is the pre- sales organization responsible for the creation of winning services offers for customers that purchase Nokia equipment or services. 

 

This role will be responsible for acting as a sales growth acceleration engine for Global Services for GEPS through:

  • Standardizing System-attach Services Solutions
  • Selling Services-led Solutions based on GS portfolio for the given Vertical and
  • Developing customized yet re-sellable Solutions and securing continuity of these via existing Global Services processes and tools.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY TASKS:

1.            Lead and manage the BD team, consisting of Solutions Consultants, Architects & Sales Managers

2.            Driving the develop of Services solutions for TEPS Sector customers proactively and in response to RFxs

3.            Work with Global Enterprise Sales teams to understand the services market in these segments and define requirements for the portfolio that should be created by the relevant GS BU

4.            Deep engagement in the sales opportunities for Services deals

5.            Ensuring the offers are optimized, in terms of deliverability, cost and also presales cost utilizing to the greatest acceptable point offshore resources for offer preparation and project delivery

6.            Working with GEPS to understand the opportunity pipeline and priorities by Market
