Finance Business Analyst - Entry Level

Provides financial, business, and operational support to NSW Finance FP&A and leadership in line with the organization’s goals, and provides the direction, metrics and data to track the financial and operating performance of these areas.
  • Under the lead of NSW FP&A Head, support Budget preparation and all related monthly management reporting (financial reports, Margin analysis by product line & projects, Balance sheet & CF management).
  • Support NSW Finance Leadership on various financial aspects (i.e. Business Planning, Portfolio strategy, Cost Improvement & Product Margin assessment, Restructuring).
  • Take responsibility for ensuring that the financial processes, systems and controls are operating effectively
  • Actively involved in the Finance team priorities and key initiatives during the year.

Location: San Jose, CA or San Jose area


  • Business degree required
  • Background in finance, business analysis, accounting.
  • Strong computer skills including financial modeling and analysis in Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial statements
  • Experience building and maintaining databases & financial models
  • Experience preparing PowerPoint presentations a plus
  • Social skills and team player
