Field Marketing Manager
The team you’ll be part of
The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.
What you will learn and contribute to
As part of our team, you will:
- Be the primary marketing interface to a key customer account, responsible for structuring an account based marketing plan, in partnership with the account, to assist and drive their business development goals
- Directly engage with customers and develop marketing relationships to ensure your understanding of their strategic priorities, while appropriately aligning and creating marketing engagements and assets that drive our shared ambition
- Collaborate and engage with cross-functional stakeholders, both internal and external, including business groups/units, marketing content, campaign, and experience teams, as well as ecosystem and channel partners, and approved go to market agencies in support of the execution of the marketing plan
- Manage a mixed budget both direct and indirect for engagement and ensure the detailed associated reporting for account plan execution to various key stakeholders as it relates to revenue generation, expanding relationships and building our reputation
Your skills and experience
You must have:
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing and 5+ years of B2B marketing experience
- Ability to work remotely and communicate effectively across all levels of management from executive and media relations to activation engagement executional resources
- Demonstrated marketing program or budget responsibility and associated KPI reporting
It would be nice if you also had:
- Negotiation experience, with regard to external agencies, and relevant industry ecosytem partner marketing engagement
- Familiarity with MarTech tools such as Marketo, or savvy digital expertise
- Experience planning, directing, and executing marketing programs within a matrix organization to increase customer engagement and market perception
- Previous management experience with both direct and indirect and channel partner teams
