The team you’ll be part of

The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.

As a member of Enterprise Sales, for our Customer Experience organization, you will be part of a team whose objectives are to deliver in an environment where openness, trust and autonomy are encouraged. You will work in a collaborative environment, with frequent exchanges with your teammates on the progress and challenges.

What you will learn and contribute to

As the Customer Solution Architect, you will:

  • Define solutions to assist the industries on their path to digitalization and Industry 4.0.
  • Engage with enterprise and government agencies to help positioning solutions spanning from private wireless (4G, 5G, unlicensed) to transport network (IP/optics, micro-wave) as well as our software portfolio (cloud, orchestration, analytics platform…)
  • Represent the entire Nokia End to End (E2E) product and services portfolio with specialized technical knowledge or subject matter expertise in one or more technical areas.
  • Directly contribute and be measurable in sales results quarterly and annually, in the form of Order Intake (OI) and Revenue contribution (REV).

 

Your skills and experience

You have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • Minimum Degree in Bachelor of Engineering/Computer or Related courses.
  • Deep expertise in one or more given relevant technical areas (Radio, Core, IP etc.).

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Hands-on experience in POC setups in a Wireless & Edge Cloud.
  • Prior experience of broad telecom technologies or system level architecture.
  • A challenger with a technical sales mindset.
  • Creative and out of box thinking in adapting the solution to meet the outcome of customers.
  • Self-motivated, passionate individual who thrives in customer facing business development environment.
