Role:
The Enhancements Delivery Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of small to medium enhancements for all ERP applications in Nokia. This will include managing and prioritizing demand, securing budget (if required), developing delivery plans, managing resources and providing the required governance and reporting.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work with business leads and solution architects to identify and prioritize demand for enhancements
- Clarify and finalize requirements
- Secure budget for the enhancements (if appropriate)
- Manage the enhancements governance process to ensure that all enhancements adhere to required process and quality standards and receive appropriate approval.
- Develop plans for delivery
- Identify and manage resources
- Ensure delivery to agreed dates and/or service levels
- Manage transition activities to the support organization (Knowledge transfer, Access, Training etc).
- Provide accurate and timely reporting to IT Leadership and the business
- Manage and resolve issues
- Identify, manage and mitigate risks.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 15-20 years of delivery experience of SAP related projects, enhancements and/or support in complex global environments.
- Bachelors’ degree from an accredited college/university;
- Suitable Project Management qualification
- Ability to travel at short notice
- Ability to develop sustainable relationships with key senior business stakeholders
- Ability to network within the IT and business environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or MIS from an accredited college/university is preferred
- SAP Certification (Functional and/or technical) – SAP certification preferred
- SAP S/4HANA experience
