Key Competences
- Experience & understanding of Hardware Engineering environments & processes
- Linux, UNIX & Windows OS’s (setup, config, maintain)
- File and Storage servers and solutions (NetApp, NAS, SAN, etc.)
- Data & database management
- IT security protocols
- Automating and scripting for Linux environments (Python, Java, Ruby, C/C++, Perl, HTML)
- Monitoring and reporting solutions / dashboards / frameworks (OP5, Moogsoft, Vaadin, RestAPI, Grafana, etc.)
- Familiarity with HW design/simulation tools and their flows
- Soc/FPGA, PCB & Mechanical design & their associated PLM/PDM systems,
- Large Grid servers & their scheduling/management
- Experienced in international IT projects is preferred
- Managing goals and objectives in matrix organizations
- Able to manage external vendor performance
- Having LEAN/6-Sigma grade is preferred
- Customer Focus, Decision quality, Integrity & trust, Process management.
