3+ years of technical sales experience with IP/Optics/Microwave/LTE products and solutions
Strong understanding of electric utility operational environment and applications
Excellent customer interfacing skills including presentation and white-boarding skills
Strong interpersonal skills including relationship building and problem resolution
Technical expertise in Nokia’s IP, LTE and Network Management product portfolio
Expertise in Nokia’s Microwave and Optical product portfolio is desirable
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Competence Requirements:
Fluent in speaking, reading and writing in German and English is mandatory, speaking Scandinavian languages is desirable.

As part of the integration there will be no formal company-wide review of grades, since in most cases there has been
limited or no change to positions. Legacy grade structures will continue to exist for some time until future harmonization on the existing Nokia grade structure. The job grade is indicative, and may be subject to change such that the final grade may be higher or lower than shown in this requisition.
