Employee Relationship Specialist
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification
+5 years direct union experience in South Korea or equivalent experience
Extensive knowledge of South Korea labour laws and practices
Strong labor market understanding
Experience to work at Multinational and matrix organization
Adaptation and flexibility to act in a changing and complex environments
Strong team player
Speak Korean and English
Reporting Line: Solid reporting line to Head of Human Resources for North Asia, Dotted reporting line to Head of Human Resources for South Korea
