The team you’ll be part of
 

Cloud and Network Services is a leading Nokia business group that offers Network solutions on Core, Business and Enterprise segments, as well as Cloud solutions and Cognitive Services. It is a newly formed business group, that includes most of the former Nokia Software business, Nokia’s enterprise solutions, core network solutions including both voice and packet core, and managed and advanced services from its former Global Services unit. This unit will also act as a delivery channel of certain products from other business groups to enterprise customers. Cloud and Network Services (CNS) will target growth by leveraging the industry transition to cloud-based delivery, network-as-a-service business models, and software-led value creation.
Nokia Cloud & Network Services business group is looking for a Senior Product Management leader, to scale and drive our Intelligent Operations (AIOps) business.

 

 

 

What you will learn and contribute to

 

As a Senior Product Management Leader, you will shape the future of operations in the 5G era, and the role that automation will play in connecting the business to the network. As the business responsible, you will own the vision, strategy and drive the execution of the same in alignment with the R&D organization.

This role expects a strong leader who deeply understands customer pain points, can identify market / competitive trends and drive new opportunities.

 

  • Business owner for Intelligent Operations / AIOps - Responsible for vision, strategy, roadmap and management of the entire product lifecycle
  • Responsible & accountable for the profitability of the underlying product I,e Nokia Assurance Center
  • Drive and own the product business KPI’s
  • Thought leadership on the subject both within the organization and towards customers, analysts.
  • Collaboration with other domains and Business groups, to drive a truly e2e Intelligent Operations model.
  • Spoc towards sales / pre-sales organizations providing strategic and tactical support for opportunities
  • Act as the sponsor for lead customer engagements
  • Build and maintain direct customer relationships
  • Define and own the business requirements / backlog and work closely with the engineering teams to drive execution.
  • Collaborate with horizontal enabler teams to manage dependencies and provide execution priorities
  • Collaborate with marketing on external communication and campaign strategy. Build, maintain relationship with analyst community
  • Collaborate with alliances team to build an active partnership strategy with SI’s, technology and cloud partners
  • Act as the spokesperson for product / domain at industry events, analyst conversations and towards internal teams.

 

 

 

Your skills and experience 

 

  • Bachelor´s degree or equivalent experience required
  • At least 15 years of experience with a min of 8 years in business product management
  • Strong understanding of OSS / Telecom Operations landscape.
  • Experience with Service operations / Network operations, with a proven track record of building and launching successful products in this space. Added experience with orchestration would be an additional asset.
  • Strong understanding & practical experience in the application of AI/ML in the OSS space
  • Good understanding of 5G and impact of the same on operations. Experience with network slicing would be an asset.
  • Solid understanding of cloud technologies and GTM models, with a proven track record in cloud native / SaaS products.
  • Experience in leading strategic product initiatives, influencing, and aligning stakeholders to a strategic vision and execution plan
  • Broad and ambitious thinker in driving value for our customers
  • Successful track record in working with large Tier 1 customers. Experience with disruptive business models and customers will be an asset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, organization, and project management skills.
  • Strong CxO presence, with experience and ability to engage with execs
  • Successful Track record in collaborating with and influencing cross functional teams towards an aligned strategic direction and execution.
