Job Description

The purpose of this role is to drive business value through digital transformation and data analytics in Nokia’s Corporate Affairs function.

The role holder will work with all teams in the Corporate Affairs function to enhance the insights they bring back into the business to provide predictive, actionable intelligence that can’t be found anywhere else. She/he will help teams to enhance their analytics capabilities to improve effectiveness.

The role holder will require a detailed understanding of what Corporate Affairs – and its constituent parts – is trying to achieve and where digitisation will help deliver on their goals more quickly and efficiently. A successful candidate will need to be passionate about available technologies, and constantly considering future requirements. 


  • Develop and implement Corporate Affairs digitisation & data analytics vision, strategy and roadmap, and lead key projects together with CA/CC LT members.
  • Provide analytics and insight for strategy work across Corporate Affairs teams.
  • Work across Corporate Affairs, Marketing and BG Teams to develop transformative solutions that help to proactively enhance and protect company reputation.
  • Work hand-in-glove with Nokia Digital Office and CX teams on technology selections and help manage successful implementation of projects and smooth service maintenance.
  • Establish and maintain a data quality framework to ensure clear understanding of available data assets / enable usability and availability.
  • Develop strategies, operating models, roadmaps and business cases for data science and analytics applications across Corporate Affairs.
  • Work with data scientists to develop technical solutions and methodologies to solve key business problems and challenges
  • Act as a change champion and inspire Corporate Affairs teams to adopt a digital and data driven culture and facilitate required change management and training portfolios.
  • Manage the Corporate Affairs portfolio of digital tools, set clear priorities for 3rd parties and manage associated budgets.
  • Ensure database accessibility to relevant stakeholders and takes liaises with IT to ensure security measures are appropriate.
  • Work with the relevant Corporate Affairs stakeholders to measure improvements and find gaps where analytics and digitisation could help.
  • Ensure relevant, insightful and actionable reports are delivered to key stakeholders where appropriate.
  • Support Corporate Affairs data privacy strategy and implementation

Qualifications, skills and experience:

  • Senior communication professional with a solid experience in Corporate Affairs/Communication in leading team & activities, with large understanding of the scope and objectives of this function. 
  • Passionate about digital transformation and data analytics with the vision on how CA would evolve and what benefits  would results from these new technologies
  • Influencing skills, able to drive and advocate for digitisation change across the organization. Ability to deliver in matrix environment.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Open, pro-active and accountable. Good balance between thinking and ability to get things being operationalized.
