Digital Media Insights Specialist

Are you ready to join our Brand and Marketing Communications team and contribute to building the world’s best-in-class, audience-centric marketing organization? The Brand and Marketing Communications team leads and maintains our brand strategy, corporate positioning and aligns our messaging as well as provides a range of marketing expertise to the rest of the organization, including marketing technology, experience centers, online, digital and marketing communications services. 


We are looking for a Web Reporting and Social Insights Lead, who understands customer behavior across multiple digital touchpoints in a B2B context. As we evaluate campaign performance, you will be the expert analyzing the vast quantity of data and turn it into actionable insights. This does help to inform segment, program and campaign leaders to build an analytical, test and learn culture. As a result our web, search and social programs are continually enhanced, to present a cohesive yet personalized experience, that is of relevance to every potential buyer at its inflection points throughout their buyers journey. 

Your key responsibilities:  

  • Carry out in depth analysis on website & app activity using Google Analytics or other web analytics capabilities 
  • Drive forward delivery of on-page optimization with the online teams or suggest A/B tests based on data analytics to improve customer’s online journey 
  • Use and drive development of social media monitoring platforms and ensure reporting and alerting is optimized 
  • Derive insight to optimize ongoing programs and to build internal benchmarks on digital channels for different program families 
  • Define evolution of dashboards and standardized reports to provide ongoing insight together with marketing stakeholders 
  • Advise marketing operations functions on data requirements necessary to perform desired analyses
  • Participate in the development of process modifications needed to deliver required data. 





Join our team if you have: 

  • 5+ years of experience in working in analytics, marketing operations roles or delivering programs using digital marketing technologies 
  • Understanding of B2B principles across multiple touches points  
  • Hands on experience with Google Analytics 360, Google Adwords, Google Big Query, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, Omniture or similar in a commercial environment. 
  • Experience with PPC platforms (adWords, Bing) 
  • Experience working with enterprise-level social media tools e.g. Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Talkwalker 
  • Hands-on experience with current Business Intelligence tools like PowerBI, SQL, Tableau, 
  • Self-starter and strategic thinker, excellent communication skills,  
  • Proven ability to turn complex ideas into well-structured processes 
  • Effective management to ensure regular, timely and impactful delivery, including dashboarding 
  • Able to influence others to support decisions


  • Excellent technical SEO knowledge and implications on Web Page implementations 
  • Solid understanding of Account Based Marketing activities, metrics, and best practices 
  • Proven experience in Content Management Systems, ideally DRUPAL 
  • Experience in Business Process Documentation that conform to industry standards (BPM, EPC, Six Sigma, and more) using programs like MS Visio 
  • Experience with advanced analytics tools and modelling concepts, such as SAS, R, Rapid Minor and Python
