Required Minimum Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge)

  • Bachelor´s degree or equivalent experience required. Candidates with Bachelor´s in Engineering will be more relevant, Master´s or MBA is a plus
  • At least 7 years’ experience in marketing, product or business development with a focus in digital commerce, engagement and marketing throughout the customer journey
  • At least 3 years’ experience on creating digital strategies or programs which require analytics skills
  • A deep understanding of web, mobile and social best practices, and how these can be leveraged to drive customer commerce (pre-paid and postpaid) and engagement
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and concepts such as Product Catalog, CPQ, Order Management
  • Prior experience with Telecom OSS/BSS and/or Digital commerce platforms
  • Experience in managing a cross functional/transversal team
  • Good skills in inter-personal relationships and strong communication skills
  • Bachelor/master’s in engineering and/or MBA
