Design and Optimisation Specialist
This position is expected to cover following responsibilities:
- Supports Account Teams/Project Teams/Customers directly to ensure planning & optimization related activities.
- Lead 2G/3G/LTE RF network rollout and optimization projects.
- Coordinate with internal/external department for project rollout issue.
- Be able to consult customer on 2G/3G/LTE RF network planning & optimization, required to perform network dimensioning and KPI definition.
- Remote and Local support to delivery of projects requiring technical expertise in 2G/3G/LTE inside LAT Countries.
- Knowledge on Radio NW Performance Analysis based on OSS KPIs for 2G/3G/LTE.
- Focus in new technologies, products and services, aiming to support their introduction.
- Lead day-to-day network performance issues/discussions with customer.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Engineering degree in Telecommunications or Electronics.
- Good 2G/3G/LTE RF network planning and optimization processes knowledge and experience.
- Expertise in the Radio Planning and Optimization with minimum of 5 years experience.
- Practice of drive test measurement/analysis tool (TEMS, NEMO, or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years RF planning and optimization background.
- Knowledge with network KPI performance statistics analysis and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge and practice of Nokia Solutions and Networks RAN parameters and counters required, other vendor knowledge will be a plus.
- Availability for travels.
