Description

As part of the IT ERP Organization, the Data Architect Team will have overall accountability for definition of data standards across Nokia, data governance model and data management processes, adherence of SAP MDG designs to SAP and industry best practices, technical aspects of the MDM process, and user support.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborates with both technical and business stakeholders to analyze demands and translates detailed business requirements into implementable data architecture solutions
  • Monitors data standards across Nokia
  • Insures adherence to Data Quality best practices at Nokia
  • Insures adherence to Data Management Processes – Controls, Rules, Standardization, etc.
  • Defines MDG solutions that are within SAP and industry best practices, ensuring technical integrity, consistency, and quality at every stage of the development lifecycle
  • Responsible for the technical aspects of the MDM process for activities such as Data Migration, Data Loads, and Data Changes
  • Active engagement with User Communities and responsible for User Support
  • Use internal and external networks to build effective teams and understand trends that Nokia needs to be aware of, influencing our overall ERP strategy

 

Requirements:

 

  • Have proven track record and 7+ years’ experience of delivering MDM/MDG implementations in a complex ERP environment (Finance, P2P, Q2C, Supply Chain, Planning & Reporting)
  • At least 5 years of SAP experience with SAP Data Architecture and SAP MDG
  • Corresponding SAP cerifications
  • Functional knowledge depth of customer, vendor, product/material and finance master data in S/4, including S/4 data architecture and data modelling experience
  • Experience with SAP Central Finance and AIF
  • Experience with large-scale data cleansing and data migration efforts
  • Working with business partners to design and configure SAP solutions
  • Ability to work in an onshore/offshore model and work across multiple timezones
  • Ability to network within the IT and business environment
  • Integrity and Trust, Customer Focus, Problem Solving, Drive for Results
  • Interpersonal communication and collaboration skills
  • Highly motivated individual, and a team player who adapts to a dynamic work environment
