In this role, you will be part of the Infrastructure team, which ensures the stability, availability and high performance of the IT infrastructure that serves Nokia’s entire workforce and upholds the technology for almost every single interaction of the company’s business. At IT Infrastructure, we set up, maintain and optimize Nokia’s enterprise computing and networking capabilities; we administer and continuously advance our Digital Workplace; and we grant IT support to a global community of end-users. On top of keeping our end-users satisfied every day, our immediate strategic priority is to progress rapidly in our aggressive digital transformation and in our journey towards a cloud-based environment. In IT Infrastructure, you are part of a team that is redefining IT and shaping the future of Nokia. 



Key Responsibilities / Functions / Knowledge:

  • Responsible for developing, maintaining and extending automated scripts/platform running in Python
  • Responsible for evaluating and reporting data generated from developed Python automation
  • and meet with customers to collect requirements and discuss results
  • Develop/Extend existing database to store and analyze data
  • Deploy Platform using containers

Required Minimum Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge)

  • 2+ years of Python or Java development experience
  • 2+ years of SQL experience (NoSQL experience is a plus)
  • 3+ years of experience with schema design and dimensional data modeling
  • Ability in managing and communicating data warehouse plans to internal clients
  • 3+ years of relevant experience such as implementing statistical analysis, developing cloud-based data lakes / data warehouses, managing data science projects, developing APIs, developing machine learning models, creating advanced data visualizations.
  • Good communication and writing skills to facilitate productive collaboration with other team members and business units;
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and concepts;
  • Experience solving problems with an emphasis on product development
  • Experience with predictive modeling and dissemination of research results;

[RR: 2100000CFJ] |Salary Range: $63,867.00 - $118,610

Nokia maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Nokia’s differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
