Customer Technical Support Expert
Technical skills:
Network Management System – minimum of 3 years’ experience in OMS and NFM support - operation with 1830PSS and TSS product and maintenance;
University degree in telecommunication or information technology
Strong telecommunication technology knowledge in one or more of areas: Optical, SDH, OTN, DWDM, Network Management, and relevant ITU standard
Theoretical and/or practical (testing, troubleshooting) knowledge of the DWDM, SDH networks
Knowledge of DWDM, SDH network alarm, event and performance analysis
Knowledge of HP UNIX, UNIX servers operation and administration, and data systems (bridges, switches, routers) is a plus
Demonstrated experience in using various test and measurement equipment
Experienced Windows PC user (Microsoft Office applications first of all)
French and English fluency (both writing and speaking).
