Customer Technical Execution Manager
CTE is responsible for end to end technical alignment, project execution, program management, and all the aspects of project management and reporting with the customer from Pre-sales to Execution. CTE is also required to manage all the internal stakeholders across all the BGs and work on the schedule, timeline, deliverables, governance and reporting on the project
Key Responsibilities / Functions:
· Own and manage overall customer project from pre sales phase to execution including Schedule, cost, deliverables, resourcing, communication plan, technical solution blue print alignment and end to end responsibility of enterprise specific segment customer technical and business deliverables
· Make fast, effective cross-Business Group decisions for project execution,
· Owns customer project execution relationship serving as the single interface towards all Business Groups on detailed technical and execution requirement
· Responsible for contracted business and aggregated Customer financials end-to-end metrics like order to sales conversion, revenue, sales margin, cost & cash collection of HW, SW and Services, risks and opportunities, technical roadmaps and technical solution alignment based on as sold architecture
· Responsible for E2E technical solution alignment and execution to represent customer requests with product team
· Provide Technical end to end expertise during pre-sales, validation/customization and execution phase of the execute program
· Accountable for project portfolio, solution architecture and services performance reviews
· Responsible for managing project execution escalations
· Create PMO report covering information such as ‘efficiency of development team’, critical path/float, requirement traceability, cross-team dependency to name a few
· Ability to switch between traditional PMO techniques with Agile based on the customer demand and scope/timeline
· Understand and influence system design attributes of the program such as use-cases, acceptance testing, functional/non-functional requirements and work with Domain and End-to-End customer architects for detailed blue print creation.
· Lead pre-sales activities with overall project planning, optimized costing.
· Lead presales team for customization and solution validation including 3rd party products and interface with all the BGs.
· Support the team for up-sell/cross-sell and document the customized delivery into repository of use-cases
· Program manage Trial and PoC working with cross BGs, Sales and Segment specific areas
