Customer Support Engineer - Nuage Networks
Qualifications:
- You are an excellent problem solver and you love troubleshooting complex systems
- You are an analytical thinker with strong attention to detail
- You show excellent customer service skills
- Hands-on technical experience with, and very knowledgeable on, LAN/WAN operations, Network protocols, UNIX or Linux Operating systems, and/or networking hardware
- Understanding of routing, VPN solutions, and common ports and protocols like OSPF, BGP, XMPP, Routing/Switching, etc
- Knowledge and insight in VXLAN network virtualization
- Familiarity with (some) SDN technologies like OpenvSwitch and Openflow
- Familiarity with Cloud operating system like VMware, Openstack, Kubernetes, Amazon AWS API
- Familiarity with compute virtualization and/or cloud-native technology
- Familiarity with Service Routers like NOKIA SR7750 or competing products
- Experience with programming languages, more specifically understanding python and C code and mastering scripting languages (like python).
- Proven track record in a dynamic team environment
