Customer Solutions Architect
Requirements:
8 or more years of demonstrated experience in network consultancy, architecture, design, implementation and management.
- Strong leadership and consultative skills including ability to coach and mentor team members.
- In-depth knowledge on least 2 of the following areas: 3G/LTE/5G Wireless Architecture, Cloud/Virtualization, Core networks, VoLTE, IMS, Subscriber Data Management, Applications, Cloud Fabric Design.
- Strong relationship management skills to build cross organizational support for appropriate engagement and support of new services/solutions.
- Demonstrated track record of successful sales support and/or business development.
- Must be a quick learner, self motivated with outstanding customer interface, communication and advocacy skills
- Ability to understand customer and internal business drivers for opportunities and projects and mentor team members.
