The Cloud and Network Services business group is a growth engine for Nokia. Enterprise Solutions is a business unit within Cloud and Network Services, which addresses mission and business-critical networking requirements for asset-intensive industries. We build hyperscale cloud and private networks for our customers, and serve private enterprises in the webscale, transportation, energy, manufacturing and logistics industries as well as public sector governments and cities. Nokia's enterprise portfolio supports our Future X for Industries network architecture combining secure high-performance, ubiquitous access and intelligent IP/optical networks with agile multi-cloud-enabled solutions, analytics-driven digital value platforms and business applications to help drive and support industrial automation.
What you will learn and contribute to
We are looking for a Customer Solution Architect to support our partners and enterprise customers in designing customer specific solutions with Nokia Digital Automation Cloud (NDAC)
As part of our team, you will be responsible of the e2e Solution support for the specified Nokia DAC partner/customer deliveries:
- Overall NDAC solution support, support to radio and IP network design and customer input collection based on planned use cases
- Creation of customer specific low level design and solution documentation
- Supporting installation, pre-configuration, testing of the complete solution (radios, edge core, IP switch, SIMs, applications), integration and e2e performance optimization remotely or on customer sites
- Solving complex network problems and configuration issues during project deployments, applying knowledge and experience to determine root cause
- Remote support sessions, guidance and hands-on trainings
- Close collaboration with partner's and Nokia's customer solution architects and project managers
Your skills and experience
You have:
- BSc/MSc Degree in Telecommunication/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or related competences
- Good telecom 5G/ LTE knowledge, IP networks, IoT devices and cloud technology knowhow
- Experience in network design (radio and IP) and deployments
- Customer first attitude, pro-activeness and "can do" -attitude
- Excellent collaboration, communication and presentation skills in English
- Ability to manage complexity
- Good influencing skills
- Motivation and desire in continuous self learning and development
It would be nice if you also had:
- Hands-on experience in Nokia 4G/5G radios/packet core/switches/industrial applications or devices deployment / delivery
- Experience in IP networking
- Experience in solution testing and integration
- Experience in performance test tools and troubleshooting
- Ready to travel
