Customer Solution Architect
Key Skills & Requirements
- B.Sc. of Communication Engineering or similar
- 5 years relevant experience in the telecommunication field working around software and network services
- 2 years experience in similar job or a role with ideally customer facing responsibilities.
- Solid knowledge of Security solutions like firewalls, security management, Identity Access manager, security audit, Core or Endpoint Security, certificate manager or equivalent, or adjacent functions.
- Solid Knowledge on main Cloud technologies in the market OpenStack, VMware, AWS, VNFM and orchestrator MANO compliant, IoT ecosystem and VNF design and integration.
- General knowledge on SDN and datacentre solutions is a plus.
- Integration Skills and genuine interest in 5G and innovation
- Flexibility to travel and work on customer sites (20% expected)
- Good command of English language (both written and spoken) Ideally least 3-5 years of experiences in delivery activities, solution architecture or customer facing design experience in a telecoms based environment.
- Motivated to grow and succeed, willing to travel, keen to continually learn and innovate and demonstrable learning and relationship agilities.
- Actively participate in certification programs and process methodology learning and development
- Analytical abilities in problem and fault solving when working alone and with others.
- Good relationship management, stakeholder, personal networking and communication skill
- Mobile
