Enterprise Solutions is a part of Nokia's newest business group Cloud and Network Services (CNS), we are one of the fastest growing units in Nokia and we have people working in virtual teams across the globe. Our business unit goal is to cater to Enterprise customers’ private wireless and industrial automation solutions needs.

As a world leader in private wireless technology, we currently provide over 420 large enterprise and public sector customers with our industrial automation solutions that offer value beyond connectivity. Our portfolio includes both ready to offer 4G and 5G private wireless network solutions and vertical-focused segment solutions - for example, in the transportation, energy, mining, and public sectors.

What you will learn and contribute to

We are looking for Customer Project Manager, professional with extensive project management and customer interface experience, to orchestrate deployments of Nokia Digital Automation Cloud solution (NDAC) with our selected partners at our enterprise customers. 

Customer Project Manager (CPM) is responsible for ensuring successful deliveries and deployments of NDAC private networks. He/she works with multiple interfaces in customer, Nokia service partner and Nokia organizations acting as single point of contact in NDAC engineering organization. Customer Project Manager is responsible for the direct customer network delivery or a set of deployments by supporting internal or external partners in end-to-end project planning and successful execution of customer deployments on time, on scope and on budget. He/she will ensure all deliverables are implemented according to NDAC project practices, milestones and ways of working. 

Customer Project Manager is accountable for the overall project success and business results ensuring quality execution and extreme customer satisfaction in NDAC network deployments.

As part of our team, you will:

  • Understand the customer needs, user cases and the architectural set-up ordered
  • Ensure collection of customer specific environment requirements in time (CIQ inputs) to keep the planned delivery schedules
  • Act and single point of contact towards NDAC and ensure communication and information sharing to all key stakeholders throughout the delivery preparation and deployment
  • Ensure realistic project plan is created with focus on share of responsibilities and key milestones
  • Manage project schedules and changes as required in close collaboration with local project management
  • Set up corrective actions to manage and mitigate risks
  • Manage/provide issue resolution and support to the project team
  • Ensure proper remote support resourcing as agreed
  • Follow up on project business targets and costs and ensure expenses are within budget
  • Create needed project specific documents to ensure detailed installation guidelines
  • Drive needed partner trainings and competence building before delivery state 
  • Ensure customer acceptance is received and cloud service invoicing is triggered

 

Your skills and experience

  • 2-3 years of project management and end to end telecom or IP network deployment experience
  • Experience on working in customer interface and creating extreme customer delight and success
  • Experience on 3rd party management and collaboration
  • Good technical knowledge of Nokia 5G radios and/or cloud-based core solutions and/or IP networking/IP technology 
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills to variety of audiences, executive level/peer-to- peer/subordinates/technical and non-technical
  • Proven ability to work with all levels of an organization, ability to lead teams and excel working in a team
  • Excellent time management and efficient working practices are a must
  • Demonstrated capability to manage multiple tasks at the same time
  • Fluent English required
  • PMP certification or equivalent is a value add
