The pandemic has highlighted how important telecoms networks are to society.  Nokia’s Network Infrastructure group is at the heart of a revolution to bring more and faster network capacity to people worldwide through our ambition, innovation, and technical expertise.
 
An exciting opportunity to work in the ever-changing Telecommunication Industry is available to you. As a member of the Regional Business Center, for Network Infrastructure BG, you will be a part of the Project Management team whose objectives are to deliver world class IP and Optical networks in an environment where innovation, trust and autonomy are encouraged, and customer satisfaction is key. As a Customer Project Manager you have responsibility to successfully manage the implementation of projects, on-time, within defined scope, on budget, improving profitability, ensuring quality execution and customer satisfaction. You drive the project team and manage the customer relationship within the scope of the contract.

 

What you will learn and contribute to
 

• In line with PMBOK® and Nokia Project Management processes, manage Project Management Plans and project phase plans for the projects.
• Anticipate risk and evaluate related financial and customer satisfaction impacts.
• Respond to scope creep by immediately escalating modifications to the project scope.
• Acts as the key customer interface to the Customer for all project related business extension.
• Obtain customer sign-off of completed deliverables and formal customer acceptance of project completion.
• Ensure Project close out, invoicing and lessons learned are completed. 
• Manage internal project reviews.
 

Your skills and experience 

You have:
• Bachelors degree or at least 5 years PM experience in wireless/wireline telecommunications field
• Solid negotiation, communication, customer interfacing both internal and external, leadership and management skills requirement
• PMP certification or equivalent
• Business acumen in planning and organizing, information integration, decision-making and ability to achieve results while focusing on customer requirements and business success
