The team you’ll be part of

Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).You will join the RAN Business Unit and will enjoy our culture of innovation, openness, discipline, simplicity, accountability, and profit mindset.
Your future teams are developing Nokia 3GPP mainstream radio technology products and solutions including cross-technology responsibility (Multi Radio Access Technology).
Your unit’s main priorities are flawless execution of System programs including Network Management & Optimization and attached services.

  

What you will learn and contribute to
Your primary responsibility will be systematically evaluate & review the customer roadmap requirements and work with PLM & RBC to shape the future roadmap reflecting market requirement properly
 
Main Responsibility Areas:
  • Acts as the main interface  on the one hand and System Product Management on the other hand, for selected Top Customers
  • Detailed customer requirement definition / scoping / negotiation (including LTD/LoA preparations)
  • Prioritization of key customer requirements in roadmap/release planning, supporting in roadmap and release mitigation activities
  • Replying on product and technology related questions by the customer over the whole product lifecycle
  • Sharing/explaining roadmap information to customers, contributing to regular customer meetings and workshops

 

Your skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Telecommunications or related fields.
  • In-depth knowledge of R&D processes and product development.
  • Good technical knowledge in telecommunications, 5G, 4G, HW, SW.
  • Ability to work in a complex and changing environment.
  • Understanding the mobile operator market and experience working with customers.
  • Prior experience as Product Manager is preferred   
  • Enthusiasm in keeping abreast of technological and market trend as well as competitive intelligence
  • Ability to identify and engage with key stakeholders
