CSP Business Segment Global Field Marketing
Background/Experience:
- At least 5 years relevant marketing experience, including marketing to CSP customers
- Experience in CSP customer-facing roles or field marketing
Skills:
- Motivating and leading a diverse and distributed marketing team
- Good understanding of channel marketing (inbound/outbound/face to face/digital)
- Strong co-ordination and ability to understand decision impact
- Business acumen to funnel and summarize a wide range of input and feedback
Behavior:
- Highly collaborative, able to work and motivate others in a virtual environment
- Living and breathing the Nokia culture and values
Knowledge:
- Understanding of all Go-to-Market Architecture Framework aspects
- Understanding of key industries and market segments relevant to the organization
- Basic level understanding of CSP Business segment related products, services and solutions
- Enterprise sales methodology, sales organization structures, both direct and indirect channels

This incorporates SiriusDecisions Go-to-Market Architecture Framework and is based on five key dials: prioritize audience segments, select buyer personas, isolate buyer needs, conduct portfolio mapping, and determine pathways to market.
