Contract Manager
Overview
In this position you will be a part of Commercial Management within Nokia Mobile Networks and you will be responsible to ensure contract adherence to commercial strategy and to perform contracts risk management for commercial value protection
Job Description
- Translate commercial content of deals to the contract scope
- Ensure contract adherence to commercial strategy
- Facilitate handover of contracted commercials to the project delivery organizations
- Identify contractual deviations and their deals' implications
- Enable project delivery teams to pre-empt and mitigate issues caused by deviations
- Stay up-to date with relevant legislative changes, Nokia contractual policies, and coordinate with the legal department as needed
- Perform insights creation and data analytics
Job Specification
- University degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Legal
- Interested in design and negotiation of large global technology deals
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Understanding of Contract Management in the interaction with Legal-, Technical-, Proj.Mgmt.- and Financial-domains
- 4 to 6 years of experience on economic, financial, or engineering fields
- Procurement background and knowledge of telecommunications industry are beneficial
- Fluent in written and spoken English, good communication skills
- Results oriented, ability to work under time pressure and with complex tasks
- Organizational and team player skills
- Responsible, self-committed, and self-disciplined
- Background in pricing or commercial control would be a clear plus
- Understanding of the Mobile Telecommunication Systems
