Contract Claims Manager
Purpose of role: Leads Supplier claims negotiations, drafting in line with business legal and contracting polices.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead Supplier Claim negotiations in close cooperation with the Category Managers & GOPS Legal & Compliance
Secure engagement of the right stakeholders to secure expeditious contract closures.
Maintain dashboards & track progress of all open claims
- Bachelor of Law with 5 years of relevant experience
- Legal understanding
Contract drafting and negotiations skills
Identify and mitigate risk in contracts
Communication at all levels
