Compliance Manager
Task:
1.Support the Chief Compliance Officer to foster ethical behavior. Ensure all internal stakeholders understand and follow compliance policy requirements.
2.Continually provide advice and guidance to business teams from compliance aspect. Take oversight of key decision points to ensure appropriate decisions are made on key activities.
3.Monitor and identify compliance risks, coordinate control improvements and check implementation status.
4.Develop compliance policies and SOPs, and conduct training to ensure the policy implementation.
5.Conduct compliance reviews and approvals on customer hospitality, sponsorship, and donation activities.
6.Conduct Due Diligence screening on third party engagement.
7.Support annual risk assessment and follow up the remediation action.
8.Support ad hoc risk monitoring and audits upon the requests from the Chief Compliance Officer or business leaders.
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree or above
- 8+ years’ legal & compliance working experience in a corporate, law firm or other large organization environment
- PRC Bar is preferred
- Possess professional certifications such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Forensic Analyst (GCFA) (Preferred but not mandatory).
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills (ability to appropriately anticipate resource needs, effectively coordinates multiple assignments, is punctual, follows through on commitments, etc.).
- Able to effectively interfaces with other relevant organizations (internal and external), as appropriate, to effectively coordinate exchange of information and to leverage resources.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin is required
