Jr Marketing Manager
Main responsibilities
- Design, develop and depict appealing insights and analytics marketing collaterals e.g. executive presentation, videos, white papers and infographics, to support marketing campaigns, sales engagements and solution selling
- Create, storify and visualise insights and analytics software and use case messaging, unique selling points, and value propositions in the cross-organisation teams
- Be an active contributor in world-leading, well-structured use case practise to create, develop and productise real-world operations, care and marketing use cases together with the customers
- Be an advocate for audience-based marketing (CIO, COO) activities and campaigns
- Support the go-to-market business development program of the sales team, and ensure that the programs are sufficiently equipped with compelling sales material
- Lead the product and portfolio marketing related tasks of cross-organisational teams consisting of product management, sales, business development and R&D
- Create marketing packages and promotional materials for pre-defined and jointly agreed marketing campaigns, and together with campaign strategists, drive marketing campaigns’ market adoption for reputation and sales lead generation
- Ideate, innovate and create new ways to message and market Insights analytics software, use cases, solutions and products
- Presenter in showcase demonstrations at the major telco fairs, sales trainings and analysts engagements
- Contribute in the product release programs as a marketing specialist
Qualifications and Qualities
- Master's degree in business or in technical studies, preferably focusing on marketing and sales
- 3-5 years of experience in software/solution/product marketing activities
- Pre-knowledge of telecommunications, artificial intelligence and analytics is an asset.
- Track record in digital marketing and international experience are valued
- Independent, highly motivated and enthusiastic player in cross-functional organisation
- Presentation and demonstration experience to executive, business and technical audiences
- Proven skills in creation of high-quality marketing collateral, use cases and content assets
- Proven track record of creating marketing messages that attract attention of the pre-defined audiences, both business and technical buyers
- Understanding of business and technical buyers, and their pain points, needs and wants
- Vocal and vibrant team player with a lot of creativity and the will and skill to execute
- Challenging the status quo by creating disruptive and differentiating messaging
- Solid record of participating in marketing campaigns, and creating marketing material with appealing point of views
