China Business Development lead, Brand Partnerships
Job Requirements
Experience negotiating contracts, and a
deep understanding of consumer products licensing is a must

10+ years’ experience
in consumer electronics and with brand and partnering experience
·
Fluent command of
Chinese (Mandarin) and English languages
·
Understanding of
retail landscape and ecosystem in China as well as the supply/manufacturing
ecosystem
·
Relevant industry
relationships across IP licensing, consumer electronics, IOT, telecommunication
and connectivity
·
Demonstrated ability
to work in a virtual team environment with exceptional team working skills,
ability to impact and influence others to action
·
Effective
communicator
·
Understanding of trademark
licensing
·
Demonstrated
experience in developing relationships with C level decision makers
·
Achievement oriented
to drive new business, ability to work with unknowns and successfully lead
major strategic business development initiatives
·
Strategic thinker, strong
work ethic, structured and organized with excellent problem-solving, and
analytical skills
·
Transaction
management and execution experience (partnerships, closings, complex deals, out-licensing)
·
Financial modeling
and analysis
·
Proven ability to
lead teams inside and outside of reporting structure
·
Strong interpersonal,
negotiation and communication skills
·
Experience developing
and presenting compelling executive level presentations
·
MBA preferred
