Care Market Head - China
Key Responsibilities / Functions:
• Work closely with NSW GBC head for the market to drive Care revenue/margins
• Provide pre-sales support and ensure proper Care scoping & pricing to meet the support requirements
• Provide governance and participate in LOA/exception approval process to protect Care business
• Support with Care contract negotiation, ensure support coverage and drive on time renewals
• Manage Care contract deliverables through a team of Care PM, CTCA/ CSE in market
• Engage with MN Care team on X BG contract and ensure revenue & cost is captured properly.
• Be the single point of contact within the market for any escalation on Care related issues
• Drive adoption of care processes in the market and ensure smooth handoff from delivery to Care.
• Conduct periodic Care QBR with customers & explore upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge)
· BS Technical Degree mandatory
· 10 years minimal experience in sales, customer support or service delivery function
· 3 year minimal experience in people management function
· Strong software services selling skills, including extensive experience calling on key executives in large accounts
· Strong commercial skills with proven experience in contract negotiation
Desired Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge)
· MBA or a business degree
· 15 years minimal experience in Telco or IT industry selling software and services. function
· 5 year minimal experience in services management function
· Proven experience in value selling.
