Required Minimum Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge)  
  • Bachelor’s  Degree or equivalent experience in a software engineering field with significant business experience (sales, product management, strategy, marketing, etc).  Master´s preferred
  • At least 8 years of experience working in a digital transformation context, across one or more Enterprise verticals
  • Demonstrated strong relationships with several technical (or otherwise) CxO level contacts within target industries.
  • Proven, real-world experience in
    • Business/market/competitive research and analysis
    • Business case development
    • Strategy
    • Roadmap development
    • Working with 3rd party product vendors and systems integrators
    • Customer presentations
    • Agile development (preferred)
  • Experience leading virtual teams to accomplish complex objectives
  • Presenting to internal and external audiences, especially at the executive level
  • Communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Knowledge of NSW’s portfolio of product areas preferred
