Role Related Expertise – Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience Required

• Masters or Bachelors in Business, Marketing or 10 years equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of communications management in a business or hi-tech industry environment
• Excellent management communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Self-motivated and directed

• Ability to effectively manage resources
• Ability to develop presentation material and present to all management levels
• Ability to deal gracefully with ambiguous situations or multiple demands sometimes requiring extensive hours or travel
• Ability to engage in critical thinking when faced with numerous alternatives for action
• Perform needs assessments and conducting task/process analysis
• Manage development and execution of projects using either employees and/or third parties – especially where cost and schedule is a priority
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Strong detail orientation/asymmetrical problem solving skills
