AVA Support Engineer
Applicants should have:
3 years+ working on a customer facing support role focusing on system/data integration, development or implementation of enterprise and/or cloud software;
Working knowledge of Agile Software development methodologies;
Experience of working with SMACK stack on a public cloud environment;
Exposure to platforms built on Python, Java, Scala and Go;
Excellent presentation, networking and communication skills (especially in a multicultural environment).Act as expert engineer, leading technical knowledge and training team members;
Lead resolution of technical issues, incident troubleshooting and root cause analysis;
Advanced troubleshooting, including working directly with cloud and development teams to identify root causes and apply corrective actions;
Mobility between support, integration and deployment functions (being expert, will be more used for advanced tasks, and less for regular ticket solving);
Act as a technical focal-point for other teams, having also development and cloud skills.
Qualifications:
- Degree level qualification in computer science, engineering or other technical subject or equivalent demonstrable experience;
- Plus: Certification in at least one IaaS technology/provider/stack.
