Job Description

Responsible for development of Authorisation Function major and sub-processes by executing continuous improvements projects, actively participating / leading  projects, responsible for up to date process design / documentation and execution on Authorization area.

Responsible for maintaining Authorisation operation delivery and support for Nokia CORE ERPs, including corresponding Authorisation SOX IT controls.  
 

What you will learn and contribute to

  • Collecting, analyzing and defining AUTH and UAM/UAP concepts and processes based on business requirements

  • leading SAP Security & Authorisation LOG/SUPPLY CHAIN Template development and design

  • ownership of SAP LOG/SUPPLY CHAIN Template: business functional content, compliance and control landscape

  • Designing and Implementing Finance and Logistics/Supply Chain ERP Template related functionality changes (transaction code, role level, access package level)

  • SOD Monitoring, SOD Mitigation - Ensure execution of mitigating operational controls

  • Support for Authorizations and SOD toolsets working with IT

  • Validating conceptual and system solutions, including performance measures

  • Participating in the design of Nokia User Access Management key controls in close cooperation with Global Internal Controls team by including the practical day-to-day experience into the design for the UAM controls for the SAP systems

  • Ensuring implementation of the User Access Management controls

  • Performing SOX and Internal Controls audit in authorization area as per agreed process

  • Monitoring progress to ensure SOX compliance

  • Supporting deployment of new projects through creating and maintaining process

  • Creating end user documentation/training material, supporting users and delivering process-specific training

  • Business support to users for system access management

  • Analyzing process performance measures and proposing improvement actions

  • Issue resolution and prevention

 

Your skills and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent and work experience in financial accounting.

  • Earlier experience with finance related authorizations and understanding about tool-landscape is an asset.

  • Experience of 10 years plus in the domain of LOG/SUPPLY CHAIN SAP development, SAP Security & Authorizations
